HSCL led a strategic business development initiative with the aim of establishing a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) that would become one of the leading players in the highly competitive health insurance market in Nigeria. Recognizing the immense potential in Nigeria's healthcare sector and the growing demand for reliable health insurance, HSCL undertook this project with the objective of supporting Skyda in bringing high-quality, accessible healthcare coverage to a broader population while positioning itself as a key player in the industry.
