HSCL in collaboration with KPMG India conducted a due diligence study to gauge market dynamics for the production and sales of pharmaceutical products (dermatology, pain, anti-infectives, anti-malarial) in Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Ghana, and Nigeria. Findings from the due diligence study informed the design of the overall strategy and business operating model for the proposed venture – through the design of a business plan.
