Mr. Ganiyu is a Business Administrator with over 20 years of experience in financial management and accounting, grant/donor fund accounting, tax and audit review of internal control of organizations.

Ganiyu has extensive experience with all aspects of financial management, including financial systems implementation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, financial reporting and accounting, and sub-award management.
At HSCL, Ganiyu currently oversees all Financial and Administrative Operations including, project financial monitoring, budget preparation, and all financial/management accounting tasks.
Before joining HSCL, Ganiyu worked as Director of Finance and Operations at Centre for Clinical Care and Research, where he developed a USAID compliant Financial Management and Reporting system and ensured effective internal control measures for the award; preparing and submitting monthly invoices and other financial reports as required and overseeing USAID-required audits; in line with the requirement of the donor.
