Nathaniel Ejiofor is a highly qualified and experienced finance professional with a diverse range of skills and expertise across various industries and positions both in profit and non-profit making organizations.
He has over twenty years of experience and has held positions in various sectors like grant fund accounting, internal and external audit, tax management, risk management, stockbroking, financial reporting & management, project management, investment banking, consulting, policy making and leadership. His diverse background makes him versatile and can adopt to different environments and challenges.
He possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills which are essential to working effectively with teams and stakeholders. His analytical skills and attention to detail helped him rise to the Head of Audit in Silverbird Group. He led the group that conducted the IFRS conversion for the organization and ensured the completion of 5 years outstanding audit within a year with Deloitte.
He is an active member of various professional bodies including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria [ICAN], the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants [ACCA] UK, and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers [CIS] Nigeria amongst others, which demonstrates his commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
He is a Data Scientist and business analyst from the prestigious University of Texas and is currently undergoing a course on artificial intelligence in the same institution. He has received and facilitated several training courses with various government and non-governmental organizations.
At HSCL, Nathaniel has managed several projects and grants with different clients and donors and is currently the Senior Finance Manager of the organization. He has been Finance lead in several donor funded projects and due diligence exercises.
