Rosemary is an experienced Public Health professional with a degree in Pharmacy, an advanced diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and MBA from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute.

She has over 10 years' experience in Tanzania’s health sector, working with Clinton Health Access Initiative and JSI. She has also worked on USAID funded projects at different senior management positions, supporting different programmes of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.
