Major Duties and Responsibilities
Program Implementation:
- Participate in the implementation of programs, ensuring that activities align with the program's objectives and timeline.
- Provide guidance and support to staff or partners involved in program implementation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, government agencies, and community members.
- Design, plan, and develop programs in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Carry out other activities as assigned by your supervisor.
Grant Management:
- Manage grants and subawards to implementing partners, ensuring compliance with USAID regulations and grant agreements.
- Monitor grant expenditures and track program progress against grant objectives.
- Conduct site visits to assess grant performance and provide feedback to implementing partners.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Conduct research to identify needs and trends that can inform program development.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HIV-related data to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Ensure data quality and adherence to data management protocols.
Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports to HSCL management
- Communicate program updates, achievements, and challenges to HSCL management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Represent HSCL's interests in HIV programmes, meetings and events
